I didn't rebuild my life overnight. I rebuilt it one decision at a time.
There was a season where I was stuck — not just because of alcohol, but because I lacked structure, discipline, and belief in myself. I knew I was capable of more, but knowing and doing are two different things.
Sobriety was the beginning.
Discipline was the foundation.
Belief was the turning point.
I'm a former roofer. I know what hard work feels like. But rebuilding your inner life? That's a different kind of labor. That's daily. That's quiet. That's keeping promises to yourself when nobody is watching.
I stopped chasing motivation and started building systems.
I stopped blaming circumstances and started owning my choices.
I stopped starting over and started repeating what works.
